Côte d’Ivoire SCALA Inception Report

This Inception Report overviews the preparatory steps for implementing the SCALA programme in Côte d'Ivoire. The programme is structured around three interdependent results, with cassava and cashew nut value chains selected for activities. This report presents the global framework, examines national-level implementation, and plans to develop a sectoral and systemic assessment that is both sectoral and systemic, capable of activating operational levers.
