Min of Forests and Soil Cons & UNDP Nepal (2013) - Timur Value Chain Study

This study is part of a series of comprehensive value chain analyses carried out by the Department of Forestry (Ministry of Forest and Soil Conservation) and UNDP Nepal as part of the Mountain EbA Programme in Nepal. The study focuses on Timur within the Panchase region. Its Botanical Name is Zanthoxylum armatum, while its English name is Prickly Ash. It is an important medicinal plant belonging to the Rutaceae family.
