This brochure provides an overview of what ecosystem services are, along with an explanation of its different sub-categories (provisioning, regulating, cultural and supporting services). It also touches upon the issue of ecosystem trade-offs. The brochure was produced by the Department of Forestry (Ministry of Forest and Soil Conservation) and UNDP Nepal under the Mountain EBA Programme in Nepal.
