This document presents an analysis of the current conditions and prospects for the production, industrialization, distribution, and market of differentiated beef and dairy products in Costa Rica. This study, developed with the support of the FAO-UNDP SCALA programme, builds on the findings of a previous report that examined the conditions of the country's beef and dairy value chains.
