Energy Dashboard

The UNDP Energy Dashboard is a database that captures information on all energy projects in the field across a range of scales from the local level to the national, regional and global levels and covers projects from various programme funding including UNDP regular resources, the Global Environment Facility (GEF), GEF Small Grants Programme (SGP), governments, private sector and civil society partners. The Energy Dashboard provides national level stakeholders, other development practitioners, academia and the public with energy project information and facilitates communication of UNDP work on energy by providing a searchable database as well as a communication platform for people to share stories and experiences on various energy projects. The website allows a visitor to browse all energy projects between 2000 – 2011 by region, country, technology and energy service and also create various interactive graphs and charts using project information captured in the UNDP database.
