This is a report of the inception workshop of the programme on "Supporting Developing Countries to Integrate Agriculture into National Adaptation Plans" in Uruguay. Representatives of the Government of Uruguay and civil society organisations participated in this inception workshop so they can take the leadership in the planning delivering the project during the design phase and during implementation.
