Early warning systems: Making safety a reality in Pakistan

The GLOF-II Project is working for a better, more resilient, and climate secure future for the people of Pakistan. Watch how the GLOF-II Project is mitigating the risks of Glacial Lake Outburst Floods by installing Early Warning Systems in 24 valleys of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit Baltistan. These EWS would help in warning and preparing the communities for climate-induced disasters and GLOFs.
