The Ugandan government has expressed confidence that through the provision of livelihood alternatives, the challenge of wetland degradation will be resolved. Through the integrated wetland restoration project titled “Building Resilient Communities, Wetland Ecosystems, and Associated Catchments in Uganda”, NTV's Benjamin Jumbe visited Limoto in Palisa to appreciate the enterprises that former wetland users have embraced to save the environment.
