Water supply schemes serve multiple purposes, including supporting irrigation, addressing women's needs for domestic water, and reducing the time spent fetching water. The irrigation scheme in Bahadatu, Timor-Leste, directly benefits 174 households by providing reliable water access for horticultural crops, rice seedling nurseries, and essential domestic use, improving both livelihoods and quality of life.
