Argentina SCALA Inception Report

This Inception Report provides an overview of the preparatory steps for the implementation of the SCALA programme carried out during the inception phase in Argentina. The inception phase was complemented by key consultation and validation meetings with the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries, under the Ministry of Economy of the Nation and other national stakeholders responsible for the planning and implementation of climate change adaptation and mitigation the national, regional, and local levels.
